Man with Van London

I can only advise anyone never to use this van service. They are a dishonest company. It started with a quotation. I called and asked for an offer to move a few items from the fifth floor of my loft and deliever them to another address close by. I was supposed to receive the offer by mail but it never arrived. The price was 2 hours for 100£ for 2 people. the prices as pn their qebsite forn14 an hour or so do not exist. Then Insaid I need a guaranteed pick up at 12 which was agreed to me. At 11:45 I get a call they can only come at 1 pm. I told them I had to leave to the airport at 5 pm . At 1 pm I get a call that one person can be there in 10 minutes and then a bit later the second one. I told them that I need both people otherwise it makes no sense. Then they arrive at  2 pm and suddenly one says they were tild it tis 2 stairs and if Have more stairs so I need tompay more. The person in the office was rude and made me pay another 50 pounds although she made a mistake. I had same offer from other companies. Now they were 50% more than anyone else.
Then they started moving all and forgot to take my pillows that are very expensive and keft it in the parking. Now they are stolen. They left my bicycle outside and only at night did my nanny see it by accident when she started organising all. Then 4 days later I am charged without my consent another 80 £. They are thieves and should loose their license. I need to make a claim now against them! BAD BAD SERIVE. ANYONE WHO WROTE A POSITIVE REPORT MUST BE SOMONE FROM THEIR COMPANY !
